Please shave the body areas to be treated 24-48 hours before you are scheduled to receive hair removal treatment. If you tend to suffer from razor burn, shave one week before you are scheduled to receive treatment. The hair should be less than 2mm(1/16”) in length.
It is recommended you shave at home. However we offer shaving assistance at a fee of $5(Small area) to $20(Full body)

We charge 2.5% convenience fee for all credit and debit card transactions to cover the cost of processing fees. (e.g., $2.5 processing fee will be charged for $100 transaction)

4.5% NYC Service tax will be imposed for all transactions. e.g., $104 will be charged for $100 service (we round off after the decimal point)

If you are able to provide 24+ hours notice for any changes/cancellations it is deeply appreciated, as this potentially allows for your appointment spot to be filled by someone.

Should you cancel for a Covid-related illness, we will not be able to rebook you until at least two weeks after your cancelled appointment and not exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms.

If you are late more than 15 mins we may not be able to provide the service that was originally booked due to the loss of time and limited availability.

These policy is in place out of respect for our Laser tech and other clients, as we have limited capacity. We’d like to continue to provide the high level of service that defines Mococo, please help us do so by respecting this policy.
